Remarks:

All prices above are calculated per room per night (applicable for both single & double rooms) in VND, including 5% service charge, 10% VAT and daily breakfast (maximum 2 adults and 1 children under 6 years old), only Family Suite is applied for 4 adults and 2 children under 6 years old including breakfast & no commission.
2. Inclusions:

• Welcome drink and refreshing cold towel upon arrival.
• Daily complimentary tea and coffee & four bottles of mineral water in room.
• Room service daily from 7:00 to 22:00 hours daily.
• Free using outside swimming pool from 7:00 to 18:00 hours (available security in period time).
• Daily A la carte Breakfast at restaurant or in room.
• Free using bicycle & umbrella at our Front Desk counter upon request and availability from 6:00 to 22:00.
• Free upgrade to higher room type upon the hotel availability.
• Free early check-in & late check-out upon hotel request & availability.
• Birthday cake & greeting card are placed in the room prior to arrival (for guest’s birthday only).
• Check-In 14:00 Check-out 12:00
• There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
• Pets are allowed according to hotel’s pet regulation.
• Parking spaces are guaranteed.
• Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.
• Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
• Please note that the credit card that is used for the booking needs to be present at check-in. When this credit card is not available please bring a photocopy of the credit card with authorization of the owner.

Children policy:

• Maximum 01 children are allowed per room
• Maximum is 03 pax (02 adults and 1 children under 12 years old).
• Children have satisfied all policies above
• Complimentary will set up according to hotel availability.

Payment policy:

• 50% of the total reservation amount is required at reservation time.
• The balance will be settled within 7 date prior to arrival date.
• Every booking in Public Holiday, 100% of the total reservation amount will be required at reservation time.

Cancellation policy:

•  If cancelled or modify within 14 – 8 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• If cancelled or modify within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
• If case of non-show or earlier departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• Every booking is non-refundable in Public Holiday.
